摘 要:针对导航卫星系统对导航分系统大功率的需求,介绍了L波段230 W空间行波管在大功率、高效率、低谐波抑制比等重要指标实现方面的技术研究进展,通过对慢波电路、输出结构和四级降压收集极的优化设计,攻克了该波段产品高功率、高效率的难点,研制出符合技术要求的样管,实现了全频带内样管功率大于235 W,效率大于65%,并给出样管测试结果。Aiming at the need of the navigation satellite system for the high power of its navigation subsystem. A L-band 230 W space traveling wave tube has been introduced. It is the technical progress in realizing the important targets such as high power,high efficiency,low harmonic suppression ratio,etc. By optimizing the design of the slow-wave circuit,the output structure and the four-stage depressed collectors,the difficulties of high power and high efficiency of the products in this band are overcome;and the sample tubes meeting the technical requirements are developed. The power of the sample tube in the full frequency band is treater than 235 W and efficiency better than 65%. The test results are given.
