摘 要:为了研究试件脆性破坏引发大型结构试验机冲击振动的作用机理,对某多功能结构加载系统主机进行缩尺模型试验,重点分析试件脆性特征、试件承载力以及试验机刚度对试验机振动的影响规律.试验结果表明:试验机振动响应在下横梁处最为显著,试验机的振动响应随试件脆性特征的增加而增大,随试件承载力的增大而增大,随试验机刚度的增加而减小.To study the shock vibration mechanism of super structural testing machine caused by brittle fracture of specimen,a scale model test was carried out on the main machine of a multifunctional structural load system.The influence of the specimen brittleness,the specimen bearing capacity and the testing machine stiffness on the vibration of the testing machine was analyzed.The experimental results show that the vibration response of the testing machine is most significant at the lower beam.The vibration response of the testing machine increases with the increase of the specimen brittleness,increases with the increase of the specimen bearing capacity,and decreases with the increase of the testing machine stiffness.This paper provides a test basis for the numerical simulation of the testing machine vibration,and has certain reference significance for the vibration reduction design of the super structural testing machine.
