摘 要:为研究车内空调对轻型乘用车油耗的影响,根据国家标准对6辆乘用车进行NEDC循环下的试验研究,并基于国家标准对空调能耗的评价方法研究了汽车空调能耗与车厢容积的关系,最后对比了NEDC、WLTC和CLTC循环下汽车空调对整车油耗的影响。结果表明:汽车空调开启时整车平均油耗增幅为28%,主要集中在怠速段和低速段;空调系统、动力系统一致时,空调油耗增幅与车厢容积可按线性关系表示;CLTC循环下,空调高负荷工作时间长,空调油耗增幅最大,更适合评价空调系统能耗和其节能技术效果。In order to study how air conditioning affects fuel consumption of light-duty passenger vehicle, firstly 6 passenger vehicles in the environmental compartment are studied according to the national standards under NEDC. Therelationship between cabin volumes and air conditioning energy consumption is studied based on the national standard onair conditioner fuel consumption evaluation method. Finally, the effect of air conditioning on vehicle fuel consumption iscompared under NEDC, WLTC and CLTC. The results show that the vehicle average fuel consumption is increased by about28%when the air conditioning is on, mainly from idle and low speed condition. When the air conditioning system and thepower system are operated consistently, the increase of air conditioning fuel consumption and the cabin volume can beshown in a linear relationship. Under CLTC, air conditioning has a longer working time under high load, so that it has thegreatest increase of fuel consumption. Therefore, it’s more suitable for evaluating the air conditioning system and relatedenergy-saving technology under CLTC.
