摘　　要：以交通肇事中二次碾压事故为研究对象,通过理论研究以及案例分析,探讨二次碾压下前后车事故责任认定、因果关系认定以及前后车刑事责任承担等问题,厘清对"因逃逸致人死亡"的认定和对二次碾压事故中前后肇事行为人的量刑。Based on secondary crush in a traffic accident,a probe is conducted into identification of the responsibility and causality as well as the criminal responsibility on the part of the front and rear autos in the secondary crush in a traffic accident with a view to clarifying the identification of the death caused by hit-and-run behavior as well as the punishment on the part of the front and rear autos in the secondary crush in a traffic accident.
