摘　　要："轮训轮值、战训合一"的训练模式,满足了当前公安部门实战一体化的要求,创新了公安教育训练模式,但在实际运作中存在一定的障碍和难度。要达到预期的培训效果,需根据具体警情和条件,因地制宜、灵活运用,配合各类资源的整合和支持,运作机制的保障和战训队伍的优化编排,充分利用公安院校的教育资源优势开展深度合作,探索"互联网+"的培训模式,扩大培训的广度和深度,结合学校实际从承训机构角度提出存在问题及解决思路。The police practical operation combination training model of"in-turns training and duty,operation-training integration"meets the current requirements of practical operation integration training of public security departments and innovates the public security education and training model,but still witnesses some obstacles and difficulties in the practical operation.Accomplishment of the desired training results calls for efforts to make full use of the advantages of educational resources of public security colleges to carry out in-depth cooperation,explore the internet plus concept-based training model and expand the breadth and depth of training and at the same time put forward some problems as well as solutions from the perspective of the training institutions based on the practical conditions of the college.
