文化复兴导向下的特色街区更新研究——以成都市琴台路街区为例

摘　　要：特色街区作为城市名片传承和彰显着某个时代的精华,也常常因“特色不足”“建设老化”“业态杂乱”等问题面临更新难题。文章以成都市琴台路街区为研究对象,构建文化复兴视角下的城市更新路径,即发掘片区特色在于它现存着成都历史演进过程中各个时期典型的文化载体,是凝聚历史的片区。因而确定“一步千年,琴台艺术园”总体定位,将文化资源梳理成脉络,并据此重塑空间格局,升级产业业态,形成“文化资源挖掘—产业业态延伸—城市空间支撑”的系统性城市更新思路,以期为类似城市更新规划提供思路与借鉴。The characteristic of blocks,as the symbol of a city,is the inheritance and display of the essence of the times,however,its insufficient features,aging buildings and disorderly business are the difficulties of block renewal.This paper takes Qintai Block in Chengdu as the study object to research the urban renewal from the view of cultural revival.The characteristic historical block is the typical cultural carrier in each period of historical evolution in Chengdu.Therefore,the overall orientation is“a thousand years in a flash,a thousand years in Qintai Artistic Park”.It is embodied in combing cultural resources into context,reshaping spatial pattern and upgrading industrial forms accordingly.Thus,forming a systematic urban renewal idea of“exploring cultural resources-expanding industrial form-supporting urban space”,with a view to provide ideas and reference for similar urban renewal.
