“二胎”生育政策下住宅套型设计策略初探

摘　　要：随着我国“二胎”生育政策的全面实施,“二胎”家庭逐渐在社会众多不同家庭构成模式中占据重要地位。“二胎”家庭住户的人口数量、代际数量增多,与其现有的居住环境产生无法忽视的矛盾。本文以“二胎”家庭与“核心”家庭居住生活模式的不同作为出发点,针对“二胎”家庭的居住问题进行分析,并以之为依据,提出“二胎”家庭的住宅套型设计策略,分别为改变传统套型中“厅堂”中心的设计模式、从时间维度对空间进行可变性设计、空间多功能化、注重储物空间的设置、厨卫空间的功能细化。With the full implementation of the“two-child”policy in China,families with two children gradually occupy an important position in so many different family structure patterns of society.In the family with two children,the number of people and generation has risen,the contradiction between it and the existing living environment can not be ignored.The paper takes the difference of living pattern between the families with two children and the“nuclear”families as the starting point,analyses the housing problems of the families with two children,and base on it,puts forward the housing type design strategy suitable for the families with two children.The design strategy changes the design model of the traditional house that is centered on the dining hall,and refines the variable design,spatial functions,establishment of storage space and the functions of the kitchen and restroom from time dimension.
