价值分析视角下的永春五里街骑楼历史街区更新策略初探

摘　　要：福建省泉州市永春县五里街作为曾经的商贸重镇,见证了当时的商业繁荣景象,建于其中的骑楼建筑不仅体现出地域性特色,也是城镇文脉的延续。本文以五里街古街区路段为研究对象,对其进行价值要素分析,并针对五里街面临的保护更新问题进行策略性思考,以期为五里街骑楼历史街区的保护更新提供有益借鉴。As a former commercial town in Yongchun County,Quanzhou,Fujian,Wuli Street witnessed the commercial prosperity at that time.The arcade in Wuli street not only reflects regional features,but also extends its urban context.This paper takes the ancient block section of Wuli Street as the research object,then analyzes its value elements,and thinks about the strategies of protection and renewal according to the current situation of Wuli Street,so as to provide some ideas for the protection and renewal of the historical arcade block of Wuli Street.
