眼针配合通窍活血汤加减治疗瘀血型偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眼针配合通窍活血汤加减治疗瘀血型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将瘀血型偏头痛患者80例采用随机原则分为眼针配合通窍活血汤加减治疗(治疗组)45例和通窍活血汤加减治疗(对照组)35例,治疗1个月后观察两组患者临床疗效及VAS评分变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.6%(43/45),高于对照组的77.1%(27/35)(P<0.05);VAS评分治疗组为(3.02±1.01)分,低于对照组的(4.35±0.987)分(P<0.05)。结论:眼针配合通窍活血汤加减能够提高瘀血型偏头痛患者临床疗效,减轻疼痛症状。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of eye-acupuncture combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue Tang in the treatment of blood stasis pattern migraine. Methods: Eighty patients were allocated to 45 cases of the treatment group, who accepted eye-acupuncture combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue Tang, and 35 cases of the control group, who were treated by modified Tongqiao Huoxue Tang, to observe clinical effects of the patients and VAS scores changes after one month. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.6%(43/45),higher than 77.1%(27/35) of the control group(P<0.05);VAS scores of the treatment group were(3.02±1.01) points,lower than(4.35±0.987)points of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Eye-acupuncture combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue Tang could raise clinical effects and reieve and pain in the treatment of blood stasis pattern migraine.
