应用三步推拿点穴手法联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节炎疗效观察  

Observation on Clinical Effects of Three-step Massage and Acupoints Manipulation Joined with Herbal Fumigation in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

摘　　要：目的:观察三步推拿点穴手法联合中药熏洗治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将膝关节炎患者350例根据入院顺序随机分为研究组和对照组各175例,对照组予中药熏洗治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上予三步推拿点穴手法治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、WOMAC积分、血清炎症因子水平。结果:研究组总有效率为90.9%(159/175),高于对照组的78.3%(137/175)(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者疼痛评分、僵硬积分、功能障碍积分和总积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1水平均降低(P<0.05),且研究组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:三步推拿点穴手法联合中药熏洗可改善膝关节炎患者膝关节功能,降低炎症反应,效果优于单纯中药熏洗治疗。Objective: To survey clinical effects of three-step massage and acupoints manipulation and herbal fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods: A total of 350 patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the admission order, 175 cases each group, the control group received herbal fumigation, and the experiment group were given three-step massage and acupoints manipulation based on the therapy the control group accepted, to compare clinical effects, WOMAC scales and the levels of inflammatory factors between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the experiment group was 90.9%(159/175), higher than 78.3%(137/175) of the control group(P<0.05);after treating, the experiment group was lower than the control group in pain integral, stiff integral, functional dysfunction integral and total integral(P<0.05);after treating, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α and IL-1 reduced in both groups(P<0.05), and the decrease of the experiment group was more notable(P<0.05). Conclusion: Three-step massage and acupoints manipulation and herbal fumigation could apparently improve knee joint function of the patients, relieve inflammatory reaction, its clinical application value higher than that of only herbal fumigation.
