火针联合聚肌胞穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针联合夹脊穴穴位注射聚肌胞注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者186例随机分为对照组和治疗组各93例,对照组采用电针夹脊穴或阿是穴治疗,治疗组采用火针联合夹脊穴穴位注射聚肌胞注射液治疗,3个疗程后观察患者临床疗效及SF-36评分、VAS评分情况。结果:两组治疗后SF-36评分高于治疗前,VAS评分低于治疗前,对照组SF-36评分低于治疗组,VAS评分高于治疗组;总有效率治疗组为92.5%(86/93),高于对照组的79.6%(74/93)(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合夹脊穴穴位注射聚肌胞注射液治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效优于电针夹脊穴或阿是穴治疗。Objective: To observe clinical effects of fire needle combined with acupoint injection at Jiaji points in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: All 186 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group, 93 cases each group, the control group accepted acusector at Jiaji points or Ashi points, and the treatment group fire needle at Jiaji points combined with acupoint injection of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection, to observe clinical effects, SF-36 scores and VAS scores of the patients after three courses. Results: After treating, SF-36 scores of both groups were higher than these before treating, VAS scores lower than these before treating, SF-36 of the control group were lower than these of the treatment group, VAS scores higher than these of the treatment group;total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%(86/93), higher than 79.6%(74/93) of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fire needle combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia are superior to these of acusector at Jiaji points or Ashi points.
