摘　　要：从肠道菌群与腹泻的关系、脾虚与慢性腹泻、脾虚与肠道菌群失调的关系入手探讨从脾论治肠道菌群失调型慢性腹泻,指出腹泻多以脾虚为病理基础,脾虚与肠道菌群失调关系密切,健脾祛湿类方剂是否是调节肠道菌群的重要靶点中药尚需进一步研究加以证实。Treating intestinal flora disorder diarrhea from spleen is discussed from the relationship between intestinal flora and diarrhea, spleen deficiency and chronic diarrhea, the correlations between spleen deficiency and intestinal flora disorder, spleen deficiency is the pathological foundation of diarrhea mostly, close connections between spleen deficiency and intestinal flora disorder, and whether spleen-invigorating damp-eliminating prescription is the important target herbs of regulating intestinal flora needs to be further studied and verified.
