摘　　要：目的:探讨无创呼吸机与硝普钠联合速尿治疗晚期低血压性心衰的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年9月收治晚期低血压性心衰患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组予以硝普钠联合速尿治疗;观察组在硝普钠联合速尿治疗基础上予以无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸频率及血液动力学等指标水平均显著优于对照组,且观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用无创呼吸机与硝普钠联合速尿治疗晚期低血压性心衰效果明显,能够快速改善临床各项指标水平,减少不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator and sodium nitroprusside combined with furosemide in the treatment of advanced hypotension heart failure.Methods:From January 2017 to September 2019,100 patients with advanced hypotension heart failure were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside combined with furosemide and the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of sodium nitroprusside combined with furosemide.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The indicator levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate and hemodynamics were better than control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator and sodium nitroprusside combined with furosemide is effective in treating advanced hypotension heart failure,it can quickly improve the levels of clinical indicators and reduce adverse reactions.
