摘　　要：目的:分析人工膝关节置换术后快速康复的护理方法及护理体会。方法:2017年2月-2018年1月收治行全膝关节置换术的患者106例,随机分为两组,各53例。对照组采用常规方法进行干预护理;观察组在对照组的基础上加用康复护理干预措施。比较两组疼痛情况和关节局部恢复速度。结果:观察组患者术后3 d和7 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分明显优于对照组,观察组出院时和出院后6周膝关节功能评分显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工全膝关节置换术后采用快速康复护理干预措施的总体效果显著,能有效减轻患者的术后的疼痛,加快患者的膝关节康复,切实改善患者的预后。Objective:To analyze the nursing methods and experience of rapid rehabilitation after artificial knee replacement.Methods:106 patients underwent total knee replacement were selected from February 2017 to January 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,on the basis of the control group,the observation group added rehabilitation nursing intervention measures.The pain and local joint recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS pain score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation,and the knee joint function score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group at discharge and 6 weeks after discharge,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After total knee arthroplasty,the total effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention measures is significant,which can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients'knee joint,and effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
