摘　　要：为建立特异性强、灵敏度和准确度高的检测禽流感的方法,以H9亚型禽流感病毒为研究对象,利用扬州大学动物医学学院传染病与预防兽医重点实验室提供的2株抗H9亚型禽流感病毒血凝素(HA)的特异性单克隆抗体细胞株,结合胶体金标记技术,实现禽流感病毒的快速、准确、便捷的检测,建立并提供相应的方法、试剂,研发并生产用于H9亚型禽流感病毒早期感染现场诊断的胶体金检测试剂卡,实现H9亚型禽流感病毒感染的快速、准确、便捷的检测,为早期发现和快速隔离人感染H9亚型禽流感病毒提供相应的方法和必要的依据,从而实现疾病的早处理、早治疗,提高对人感染H9亚型禽流感的防控能力.实验结果表明所建立的H9亚型禽流感病毒胶体金检测卡能够实现现场对H9亚型禽病毒的快速筛查工作,有效实现降低经济损失和综合防控H9亚型禽流感的目的.In order to detect Avian influenza virus specificity,sensitivity and accuracy,an experiment using H9 subtapes avain influenza viruses as experimental subjects has been finished and summarized in this paper.All 2 H9 subtape AIV HAs,provided by Veterinary Infectious Disease and Prevention Key Laboratory of College of Veterinary Medicine of Yangzhou University,are combined with immunochromatographic technology to achieve rapid,accurate and convenient detection of avian influenza virus,establish and provide appropriate methods and reagents,develop and produce H9 subtype avian influenza virus early infection on-site diagnosis of colloidal gold detection reagent card,in an effort to achieve H9 subtype avian influenza virus infection in the fast,accurate and convenient way and the establishment of human infection H9 subtype avian influenza virus for early detection and rapid isolation and early treatment of the disease.The experimental results show that the established H9 subtype avian influenza virus colloidal gold detection card can achieve rapid screening of H9 subtype avian virus in the field,and effectively reduce economic loss and comprehensive prevention of H9 subtype avian influenza.
