低热量胃肠外营养治疗普外营养不良患者的疗效分析

摘  要:目的探讨低热量胃肠外营养治疗普外营养不良患者的疗效。方法选择82例普外营养不良患者,参照组:开展常规的营养支持治疗;研究组:开展低热量胃肠外营养支持治疗。结果研究组患者的白蛋白、总蛋白、血清前蛋白指标改善的胜于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的疲劳评分均优于治疗前,但研究组患者评分胜于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在不适反应发生率方面相比较,研究组发生率为9.76%,参照组发生率为34.15%(P<0.05)。结论针对普外营养不良患者应用低热量胃肠外营养治疗疗效理想,即可改善机体营养不良状况,还可减少机体感染率,从而获得患者与家属认可。Objective To investigate the effect of low-calorie parenteral nutrition on patients with general malnutrition.Methods 82 patients with general malnutrition were selected.The reference group:routine nutritional support treatment;the research group:low calorie parenteral nutrition support treatment.Results Albumin,total protein and serum prealbumin in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the fatigue scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,but the scores of the study group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.76%in the study group and 34.15%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low calorie parenteral nutrition is effective for patients with general malnutrition,which can improve the malnutrition status of the body and reduce the infection rate of the body,thus gaining the recognition of patients and their families.
