缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中采用硝酸甘油联合硝普钠的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中采用硝酸甘油联合硝普钠的应用效果。方法自我院2017年7月至2018年7月收治的缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者中选取98例进行本次随机对照研究,按照患者入院编号的奇偶性进行治疗分组,其中编号为奇数的49例编为对照组,编号为偶数的49例则编为试验组,其中对照组患者采用常规治疗加硝普钠治疗的方式进行治疗,试验组患者则在此基础上加入硝酸甘油治疗,针对两组患者的治疗效果展开对比讨论。结果对比两组患者的治疗总有效率,可以发现试验组患者的治疗有效率为95.92%,对照组患者的治疗有效率则仅为73.47%,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05);对比两组患者治疗前后的SV(每搏输出量)、LVEF(左室射血分数)及CO(心排血量)等心功能指标,发现治疗前两组患者各项数据并无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后均较治疗前有所改善,但试验组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中采用硝酸甘油联合硝普钠能够有效改善患者的心功能,提升患者的生存质量,提高治疗有效率,是一种科学有效的临床治疗方式。Objective To study the application effect of nitroglycerin combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure.Methods Ninety-eight patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected for this randomized controlled study.The patients were divided into treatment groups according to the parity of admission numbers.Among them,49 patients with odd numbers were assigned to the control group and 49 patients with even numbers were assigned to the test group.The patients in the control group were treated by conventional treatment plus sodium nitroprusside,while the patients in the test group were added nitroglycerin on this basis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and discussed.Results Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups of patients,it can be found that the effective rate of the patients in the experimental group is 95.92%,while the effective rate of the patients in the control group is only 73.47%,the difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.05).Comparing the SV(stroke volume),LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)and CO(cardiac output)and other cardiac function indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,it was found that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement was improved compared with that before treatment,but the improvement in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nitroglycerin combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function,improve the patient’s quality of life,and improve the treatment efficiency.It is a scientific and effective clinical treatment method.
