分析针灸联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的价值

摘　　要：目的研究分析针灸联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的价值。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2019年1月接治的100例脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者为此次研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组,分别为研究组和对照组,其中对照组50例,给予巴氯芬治疗,研究组50例,则在对照组治疗的基础上给予针灸联合补阳还五汤加减治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组的治疗前后的MAS评分、Fugl-Meyeer运动评分,以及Barthel生活能力评分,并且比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果两组患者通过治疗后,研究组患者治疗后MAS评分要低于对照组(P<0.05),其Fugl-Meyeer运动评分、Barthel生活能力要明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗有效率要明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组之间比较,其差异有统计学意义。结论对脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者予以针灸联合补阳还五汤加减治疗,其治疗效果较为显著,能有效降低患者的MAS评分,提高Fugl-Meyeer运动评分、Barthel生活能力评分,并且能提高患者的治疗有效率,该治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the value of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:the study group and the control group,50 of which were treated with baclofen and 50 of which were treated with acupuncture and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group To observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups,compare the MAS score,Fugl meyeer movement score and Barthel life ability score of the two groups before and after treatment,and compare the therapeutic efficiency of the two groups.Results After treatment,the MAS score of the patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the Fugl meyeer movement score and Barthel life ability of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively reduce the MAS score,improve the Fugl meyeer movement score,Barthel life ability score,and improve the effective rate of the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.This treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
