关节镜治疗膝关节疾病的护理措施及效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察关节镜治疗膝关节疾病的护理措施及效果。方法随机选取2018年1月至2019年3月我院因各种原因所致膝关节疾病需行关节镜治疗的患者60例,随机分为2组:一组常规护理干预组(30例),一组综合护理干预组(30例),统计分析两组患者的FMA评分、KSS评分、临床疗效、不良事件发生情况。结果综合护理干预组患者的FMA评分、KSS评分中膝状态评分、活动度均显著高于常规护理干预组(P<0.05),膝关节功能恢复的优良率96.7%(29/30)显著高于常规护理干预组86.7%(26/30)(P<0.05),不良事件发生率10.0%(3/30)显著低于常规护理干预组30.0%(9/30)(P<0.05)。结论关节镜治疗膝关节疾病的综合护理干预效果较常规护理干预好,更能有效改善患者的膝关节功能,减少患者不良事件的发生,促进患者早日康复,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the nursing measures and effects of arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:a group of routine nursing intervention group(30 cases)and a group of comprehensive nursing intervention group(30 cases).The FMA scores,KSS scores,clinical efficacy and adverse events of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The FMA score,KSS score,knee state score and activity of the comprehensive nursing intervention group were significantly higher than the routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05),the excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery 96.7%(29/30)was significantly higher than the routine nursing intervention group 86.7%(26/30)(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events 10.0%(3/30)was significantly lower than the routine nursing intervention group 30.0%(9/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis is better than routine nursing intervention,it can more effectively improve the knee joint function of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and promote the early recovery of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
