摘  要:目的对新生儿喂养不耐受的护理及抚触效果进行分析。方法将2017年11月至2018年11月我院收治68例喂养不耐受早产儿作为此次研究对象,根据随机分组的形式将其分为对照组与实验组,对照组患儿予以常规护理,实验组患儿予以抚触护理,对比两组新生儿护理效果。结果①实验组患儿进食奶量与体质量增加均高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②实验组患儿家属护理总满意度100.0%比对照组患儿家属护理总满意度85.3%高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③实验组患儿护理优良率97.1%明显优于对照组患儿79.4%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理及抚触在新生儿喂养不耐受中有着重要的应用价值,通过护理及抚触不仅增加了患儿进食奶量,更增加了体质量,保证了患儿正常生长发育,值得在临床中推广与应用。Objective To analyze the nursing and touching effects of feeding intolerance in neonates.Methods 68 cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018.According to the form of random grouping,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given touch care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results①The increase of milk intake and body mass in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).②The total satisfaction of family care was 85.3%higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③The nursing rate of 97.1%in the experimental group was superior to the control group in 79.4%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing and touching have important application value in neonatal feeding intolerance.Nursing and touching not only increase the milk intake,but also increase the body mass,and ensure the normal growth and development of the children.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
