分析优质护理在慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察在患有慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者的临床护理干预中,优质护理的实际应用情况。方法选择我院2018年2月至2019年3月收治的82例慢性重症乙肝患者为主要研究对象,将入组患者按照随机均匀分组方式均分成为对照组与分析组,对照组患者需接受临床常规护理,而分析组对象则接受优质护理干预,对两组患者接受不同方式护理干预后的主要指标好转情况以及患者的临床满意度进行分析,并观察两组患者接受不同方式护理前后的生活质量以及接受护理后的负性情绪。结果分析组患者主要指标的转阴率等高于对照组,且患者的总体满意度要高于对照组,患者接受护理干预后的QLQ-C30量表分值明显高于对照组,且接受护理后的SAS、SDS分值均低于对照组,相关数据分析后差异存在明显意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者的临床护理模式选择而言,为其选择优质护理干预的效果较好,该护理模式可在临床中进行应用。Objective To observe the practical application of quality nursing in clinical nursing intervention for patients with chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods Eighty-two patients with chronic severe hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the main subjects.The patients in the group were randomly divided into control group and analysis group.Clinical routine nursing,while the analysis group received quality nursing interventions,and analyzed the improvement of the main indicators after the different types of nursing interventions and the clinical satisfaction of the patients.And observe the quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after receiving different forms of care and the negative emotions after receiving care.Results The conversion rate of the main indicators in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction of the patients was higher than that of the control group.The QLQ-C30 scale score of patients after receiving nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores after receiving nursing were lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference in the correlation data(P<0.05).Conclusion For the choice of clinical nursing mode for patients with chronic severe hepatitis B,the effect of selecting quality nursing intervention is better.This nursing mode can be applied in clinical practice.
