阴道镜下宫颈活检术致类人流综合反应的护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的探析护理干预对阴道镜下宫颈活检术致类人流综合反应的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月行阴道镜下宫颈活检术的100例患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理+护理干预,比较两组的不良反应发生率、负面情绪评分、患者满意度。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的汉密尔顿焦虑评分明显低于护理前,且观察组患者护理后的负面情绪评分明显低于对照组,观察组的患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论对阴道镜下宫颈活检术患者实施护理干预有利于减少类人流综合反应,同时可缓解患者的负面情绪,且患者的满意度高,可在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the comprehensive response of human flow caused by colposcopy under cervical biopsy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent colposcopy under the cervical biopsy from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the main subjects.They were grouped by digital random expression method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given routine nursing+nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions,negative emotional scores,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The Hamilton anxiety scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the nursing,and the negative emotion scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients undergoing cervical biopsy under colposcopy is beneficial to reduce the comprehensive response of human flow,and can alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and the patient’s satisfaction is high,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
