KAP护理模式对肠癌手术患者术后肠胃功能恢复的影响效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究肠癌手术患者实施KAP护理模式后肠胃功能的恢复情况及护理效果。方法从2017年10月至2018年12月近1年内随机选取我院86例诊断为肠癌并接受手术治疗的患者,按照护理性质将其平均分为2个小组,其中43例患者实施常规护理将其化入对照组,剩余43例患者实施KAP(知信行)护理模式,将其划入研究组,对比两组患者肠功能的恢复时间及护理后的满意度,护理有效率及心理状态。结果研究组患者实施KAP护理模式后各项肠功能的恢复时间均短于对照组,研究组患者的护理满意度为93.1%,高于对照组72.9%,与此同时研究组患者的护理总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组的有效率69.7%,研究组患者的心理状态较对照组好,P<0.05。结论肠癌手术患者实施KAP护理模式后能有效提高患者术后肠功能的恢复速度,与此同时能够有效提高患者的护理有效率及护理满意度,实施护理后能稳定患者的心理状态。此护理模式的应用具有较高的临床价值。Objective To study the recovery and nursing effect of gastrointestinal function after KAP nursing mode in patients with colon cancer surgery.Methods From October 2017 to December 2018,a total of 86 patients diagnosed with intestinal cancer and undergoing surgery were randomly selected from our hospital.According to the nature of nursing,they were divided into 2 groups,43 of whom were routinely treated.The patients were enrolled in the control group,and the remaining 43 patients underwent KAP(Knowledge Credit)care model,which was assigned to the study group to compare the recovery time of bowel function and post-care satisfaction,nursing efficiency and psychological state.Results The recovery time of intestinal function in the study group was shorter than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.1%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.9%).At the same time,the nursing care of the study group was always The efficiency was 95.3%,which was significantly higher than the effective rate of the control group by 69.7%.The psychological state of the study group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The KAP nursing model can effectively improve the postoperative intestinal function of patients with intestinal cancer surgery.At the same time,the recovery speed can effectively improve the patient’s nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction,and the patient’s psychological state can be stabilized after the implementation of the nursing.The application of this nursing mode has high clinical value.
