摘  要:目的研究对重症监护病房患儿及家属在临床护理中应用持续性人文关怀理念的实施效果。方法选择60例我院儿科收治的重症监护患儿,按照住院时间顺序分为常规护理组(对照组)及持续人文关怀组(观察组)。比较两组患儿舒适程度、依从程度以及患儿家属满意度。结果对照组舒适度为76.67%,依从度为80%;观察组舒适度为90%,依从度为93.33%;观察组C-CCFSS量表各项评分均显著高于对照组。结论重症监护病房患儿家属往往心态焦急,患儿由于病痛及环境易出现不配合、恐惧情绪,护理需更注重对患儿的关怀及操作主动性,运用人文关怀理念取得家属理解信任及患儿配合,提升护理有效性。Objective To study the effect of applying the concept of sustained humanistic care in clinical nursing for children in intensive care unit and their families.Methods 60 children in intensive care in pediatrics department of our hospital were divided into routine nursing group(control group)and continuous humanistic care group(observation group)according to the order of hospitalization time.The degree of comfort,compliance and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The comfort degree and compliance degree of the control group were 76.67%and 80%,respectively.The comfort degree and compliance degree of the observation group were 90%and 93.33%,respectively.The C-CCFSS scale scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The family members of children in intensive care unit are often anxious.Because of the illness and environment,children are prone to uncooperative and fearful emotions.Nursing care should pay more attention to the care and operation initiative of the children.The concept of humanistic care should be used to gain the understanding and trust of the family members and the cooperation of the children,so as to improve the effectiveness of nursing.
