摘　　要：目的探讨腺苷蛋氨酸不同剂量对病毒性肝炎疗效的影响。方法此次研究纳入2017年11月至2018年12月期间在我院治疗的102例病毒性肝炎患者,将其按照随机数字表法分成对照组51例和研究组51例。对照组给予小剂量(1000 mg)腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,研究组给予大剂量(2000 mg)腺苷蛋氨酸治疗。分析对比两组的疗效和安全性。结果治疗后两组患者的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、白蛋白(Alb)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、总胆红素(TBil)、胆汁酸(TBA)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)等肝功能指标比治疗前均有所改善,且研究组的上述指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且用药期间两组均未见严重的不良反应,均顺利完成治疗。结论大剂量腺苷蛋氨酸病毒性肝炎疗效确切,且不会增加不良反应,安全性高,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of adenosylmethionine on the efficacy of viral hepatitis.Methods 102 patients with viral hepatitis treated in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group(51 cases)and research group(51 cases).The control group was treated with low dose(1000 mg)of adenosylmethionine,while the study group was treated with high dose(2000 mg)of adenosylmethionine.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),albumin(Alb),prothrombin time(PT),total bilirubin(TBil),bile acid(TBA),glutamyltransferase(GGT)and other liver function indicators in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement of these indicators in the study group was better than before treatment.The control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during the medication period,and the treatment was successfully completed.Conclusion High dose adenosylmethionine viral hepatitis has definite curative effect,no adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
