高通量血液透析与血液透析滤过联合普通透析对慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者实施高通量血液透析与血液透析滤过联合普通透析的疗效。方法选择88例于我院接受慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症治疗的患者,纳入时间为2016年5月至2017年5月,采用奇偶法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组均44例。其中参照组采用高通量血液透析治疗,实验组行血液透析滤过与普通透析联合治疗,对比2组患者透析前后血清相关指标、临床透析效果并发症情况。结果与参照组相比,实验组内皮素1、血管紧张素2、胱抑素C较低,实验组一氧化氮水平高于参照组,实验组肺部感染、血磷异常、低血压、皮肤瘙痒等并发症发生率(9.09%)与参照组(29.55%)相比较低,实验组慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症临床透析效果(95.45%)明显高于参照组(77.27%),组间差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者应用高通量血液透析治疗的效果显著,能够保障患者生命安全,应予以临床推广。Objective To study the effect of high flux hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration on uremia patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 88 uremic patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital were enrolled from May 2016 to May 2017.They were divided into experimental group and control group by parity method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high flux hemodialysis,while the experimental group was treated with hemodiafiltration combined with general dialysis.The serum related indexes and complications of clinical dialysis effect before and after dialysis were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of endothelin-1,angiotensin-2 and cystatin-C in the experimental group were lower,and the level of nitric oxide in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection,abnormal blood phosphorus,hypotension and skin itching in the experimental group was lower(9.09%)than that in the control group(29.55%).The clinical dialysis effect of chronic renal failure uremia in the experimental group(95.45%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(29.55%).In the reference group(77.27%),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high flux hemodialysis in uremic patients with chronic renal failure is remarkable,which can guarantee the life safety of patients and should be promoted clinically.
