摘 要:目的探究血细胞检查在小儿呼吸道感染中的诊断价值。方法抽取120例小儿呼吸道感染患者作为观察对象,纳入时间段为2016年6月至2018年6月,采用抽签法将其分为两组,观察组=对照组=60例。对照组患者进行基础临床诊断,观察组在对照组的基础上结合使用血细胞检查分析。对比分析两组患者的诊断效果。结果观察组患者的定性准确率和疾病诊出率均要高于对照组,两组间进行比较的差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对小儿呼吸道感染患者使用血细胞检查分析诊断,能够有效提升诊断的定性准确率和疾病诊出率,及时对患者病情有了准确的了解,有利于预后工作的开展。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of blood cell examination in children with respiratory tract infection.Methods 120 children with respiratory infections were selected as the subjects of observation.The time period was from June 2016 to June 2018.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The observation group=control group=60 cases.The control group performed basic clinical diagnosis,and the observation group used blood cell examination on the basis of the control group.The diagnostic results of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The qualitative accuracy rate and disease rate of the patients in the observation group were higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The use of blood cell examination and diagnosis in children with respiratory tract infection can effectively improve the qualitative accuracy rate and disease diagnosis rate,and have a timely accurate understanding of the patient’s condition,which is conducive to the development of prognosis work.
