复方丹参滴丸对冠心病患者的病情改善效果

摘　　要：目的观察冠心病采用复方丹参滴丸治疗的临床效果。方法选择100例冠心病住院病患,均给予拜阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,对其中50例联合复方丹参滴丸治疗并归为观察组,另50例归为对照组,比较在连续用药2个月后患者心电图及心绞痛改善情况以及血液检测结果差异。结果对照组心电图及心绞痛改善总有效率分别为52%与63%,观察组分别为82%与92%;观察组用药后LDL-C、HDL-C、TC、TG分别为(1.82±0.45)g/L、(2.35±0.39)g/L、(7.53±0.91)、(3.44±0.65)mmol/L,改善程度远大于对照组。结论常规基础上应用复方丹参滴丸对冠心病患者心电图及心绞痛发作次数控制效果更佳,可显著改善病患血液状态,提升临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound danshen drop pills for coronary heart disease.Methods 100 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were selected and all were treated with biasin enteric-coated tablets.Among them,50 cases were treated with compound danshen drop pills and were included in the observation group,and the other 50 cases were included in the control group.Results The total effective rate of ecg and angina pectoris improvement in the control group was 52%and 63%,and that in the observation group was 82%and 92%,respectively.LDL-C,HDL-C,TC and TG in the observation group were(1.82±0.45)g/L,(2.35±0.39)g/L,(7.53±0.91)and(3.44±0.65)mmol/L,respectively,and the improvement degree was much higher than that of the control group.Conclusion On the basis of routine application of compound danshen drop pills for coronary heart disease patients ecg and angina attack frequency control effect is better,can significantly improve the patients’blood status,improve the clinical effect.
