参附汤合苓桂术甘汤对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽、左室射血分数及心功能分级的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参附汤合苓桂术甘汤对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心功能分级的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年9月慢性心力衰竭患者110例,按照患者入院先后,采用随机、双盲的方法将其分成两组,试验组和对照组,例数分别为55例。对照组在常规基础治疗后,给予美托洛尔片,试验组患者在对照组的基础上采用参附汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗。在服药6个月后,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的BNP水平、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心功能分级的变化及对两组患者临床疗效进行评价。结果两组患者在治疗6个月后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于照组,两组差异有统计学意义;治疗6个月后,观察组患者BNP水平显著下降,且低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义;治疗6个月后,观察组患者LVEF(%)水平显著升高,且高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级消失,主要为Ⅰ级患者,疗效高于对照组患者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,能够明显降低慢性心力衰竭患者BNP水平,提高左室射血分数(LVEF)及心功能分级。Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfu Decoction and Lingguizhugan Decoction on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac function grading in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2017 to September 18,2017 were enrolled.According to the patient’s admission,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group and the control group were 55 cases.The control group was given metoprolol tablets after routine basic treatment.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Shenfu Decoction andLingguizhugan Decoction on the basis of the control group.Six months after taking the drug,the BNP level,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac function grading were measured and compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the observation group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After 6 months of treatment,the BNP level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After 6 months of treatment,the LVEF(%)level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After treatment,the observation group was gradeⅢ,GradeⅣdisappeared,mainly in gradeⅠpatients,and the efficacy was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu Decoction and Lingguizhugan Decoction have significant effects on chronic heart failure,which can significantly reduce BNP levels and improve left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac function grading in patients with chronic heart failure.
