探讨焦虑症患者护理中亲情护理的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探究亲情护理运用于焦虑症患者的护理干预的护理方法与护理效果。方法2017年6月至2018年12月期间我院收治的焦虑症患者100例,随机分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(对照组基础上再给予亲情护理)各50例,对比两组护理干预后1个月、2个月的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理1、2个月后的SAS评分[(46.36±2.27)分]、[(34.85±5.22)分]均优于对照组[(55.69±2.38)分]、[(44.32±3.67)分];护理干预2个月后,观察组患者的生活质量评分中的各项目评分均优于对照组;护理干预2个月后,观察组患者的护理满意度(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),P均<0.05。结论焦虑症患者接受亲情护理干预有助于改善患者的焦虑情绪与症状,患者的生活质量得到改善,患者感到更满意,其护理效果较常规护理效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing method and nursing effect of affection nursing in nursing intervention of anxiety patients.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,100 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups:control group(routine nursing)and observation group(control group,50 cases were given parentage nursing on the basis of control group),and the two groups were compared with those in control group 1 month after nursing intervention.February nursing effects.Results The SAS score of patient care in the observation group after January and February[(46.36±2.27)minutes],[(34.85±5.22)minutes]All superior to the control group[(55.69±2.38)minutes],[(44.32±3.67)Points]:After the nursing intervention in February,the quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group.After care intervention in February,the patient’s care satisfaction rate(98.00%)was higher in the observation group than in the control group(84.00%),and P was 0.05.Conclusion The intervention of affection nursing for anxiety patients can improve the anxiety and symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and the patients are more satisfied.The nursing effect is more effective than that of routine nursing,and it is worth promoting.
