摘　　要：目的总结了对1例肾功能衰竭患者并发脑桥中央髓鞘溶解症的护理体会。方法护理要点包括:严密的病情观察,制订个性化护理方案,缓慢纠正血钠浓度,床旁血液滤过治疗的护理,功能康复锻炼及相关基础护理等。结果患者最终病情稳定,顺利出院。随访1个月,效果良好。结论一旦发生CPM,配合医生对症治疗,包括治疗原发病,缓慢纠正低钠血症等,制订个性化护理方案,减少后遗症,提高生存率及生活质量。Objective This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 1 case of patients with renal failure of central pontine myelinolysis.Methods Nursing care included:strict observation,individualized nursing program,slowly corrected serum sodium concentration,nursing bedside hemofiltration treatment,rehabilitation and related basic nursing.Results Patients in stable condition,smooth discharge.After 1 month of follow-up,the result was good.Conclusion Once CPM occurs,cooperate with the doctor’s symptomatic treatment,including treating the primary disease,slowly correcting hyponatremia,etc.,to develop a personalized care plan to reduce sequelae and improve survival and quality of life.
