摘  要:广州城区岩层比例接近或超过50%、岩层强度30 MPa以上的地层分布较广,在此种地质条件下地下连续墙采用全冲成槽法,施工速度慢、功效低且对周边环境影响大。为提高功效、降低成本、减少影响,以某综合楼项目为依托进行了旋-冲结合成槽法的应用研究。通过应用研究,验证了该工艺的有效性,总结出了"主孔旋、副孔冲、方锤修"的成槽施工技术,成槽功效较全冲成槽法提高了近1倍,具有广阔的应用前景。In Guangzhou urban area, the rock layer with the proportion of strata close to or more than 50% and the strength of rock more than 30 MPa are widely distributed. Under such geological conditions,the grooving method of impact pile drivers is adopted for the diaphragm wall,which has slow construction speed,low efficiency and great impact on the surrounding environment. In order to improve the efficiency,reduce the cost and reduce the impact,the application of the Rotary-Impacting combined grooving method was studied based on this project. Through the application research,the validity of the technology is verified,and the slotting construction technology of"Rotary excavator constructs main holes, Impact pile drivers construct auxiliary holes, Square hammers construct the trenches" is summarized. The slotting efficiency is nearly twice as high as that of the impact pile drivers grooving method,which has a broad application prospect.
