珠海海岛既有建筑质量调查分析

摘　　要：为了解珠海海岛既有建筑质量情况,对近10年主要位于外伶仃岛、东澳岛等珠海海岛上共计83栋鉴定项目,从位置分布、建造年代、结构类型、鉴定结果进行了统计分析。分析了混凝土强度、混凝土中钢筋锈蚀、砌筑砂浆抗压强度3个方面的检测结果,得出了珠海海岛既有建筑存在无设计资料的框架结构混凝土抗压强度离散性偏大及配筋不足、氯离子入侵导致混凝土构件钢筋锈蚀、大部分石砌结构房屋砌筑砂浆强度低的主要质量问题。In order to understand the existing building quality of Zhuhai Island,a total of 83 appraisal projects located in Wailingding Island,Dong’ao Island and other Zhuhai islands in recent 10 years are analyzed in terms of location distribution,construction age,structure type and appraisal results. Based on the analysis of the test results of concrete strength,steel corrosion in concrete and compressive strength of masonry mortar,the main quality problems of the existing buildings in Zhuhai Island,such as the large dispersion of concrete compressive strength of frame structure without design data,the insufficient reinforcement,the corrosion of concrete component reinforcement caused by chloride ion intrusion,and the low strength of masonry mortar in most stone structure buildings,are obtained question.
