摘 要:扭王字块作为防波堤的护面块体,具有消浪、减浪的作用,其安装质量直接影响着防波堤的结构功能和堤身安全,传统盲装或潜水员配合安装工艺具有局限性,不利于扭王块安装质量控制。结合某深水防波堤项目,探索采用声呐成像系统辅助安装扭王字块,利用机械装置调整安装扭王字块姿态,控制扭王字块间的勾连效果,实现扭王字块安装过程可视和高安装质量。As the protective structure of the breakwater, the Chinese-pode has the function of wave eliminate and wave reduction. The quality of installation directly affects the structural function and the safety of the breakwater. The traditional blind installation or the diver’s cooperation with the installation technique has limitations,which is not conducive to the installation quality. According to a deepwater breakwater project,the sonar imaging system is used to the installation of the Chinese-pod,and the mechanical device is used to adjust the attitude of the Chinese-pod,realize the interlocking effect among the Chinese-pods and the visibility and quality control of the installation process.
