摘　　要：尼泊尔加德满都谷地传统的尼瓦尔式住宅的保护表现出了很大的复杂性,涉及了多个利益相关方。文章从传统居住模式入手,阐述了现代化的背景下,政府保护与民众需求之间的矛盾及法律法规的制定和执行的过程中存在的纰漏和问题。The preservation of traditional Newar-style dwellings in the Kathmandu Valley shows great complexity and involves multiple stakeholders. The article starts with the traditional living mode and expounds the contradiction and problems between government conservative and people’s needs in the context of modernization, and the formulation and implementation of laws and regulations.
