轨道交通综合体衔接场域公共空间的分类与优化策略研究--以青岛万象城为例

摘　　要：城市化进程的不断加快所带来的土地资源短缺和交通拥堵等问题,催生了轨道交通综合体的产生。轨道交通综合体衔接场域公共空间对城市公共空间的品质提升至关重要。文章根据人在空间中的行为模式差异,将衔接场域公共空间划分为界面型空间、线型空间、节点型空间三类,并以青岛万象城为例,通过对以上三种空间类型的研究分析和实地调研,总结出相应的界面型空间--特色空间意境营造、线型空间--可达性系统构建、节点型空间--人性化空间营造三种空间营造策略,试图为轨道交通综合体衔接场域公共空间的活力提升提供建设性意见,促进轨道交通综合体自身发展,同时提升城市的形象与活力。The continuous acceleration of urbanization brings about the shortage of land resources and traffic congestion, which leads to the emergence of rail transit complex. Rail transit complex public space linking field is very important for the quality improvement of urban public space. Based on the behavior patterns of different in space, public space is divided into interface will join field space, linear space, node space types. The paper takes Qingdao vientiane city as an example, based on the research of the above three types of space analysis and field investigation, summarizes the corresponding interface type space: space artistic conception build system construct;linear space: accessibility;node type space:the humanized space build three space build strategy. This paper tries to provide constructive suggestions for the rail transit complex to connect with the vitality of the public space in the field, in order to promote the development of the rail transit complex itself while improving the image and vitality of the city.
