摘　　要：目的探讨球囊扩张筋膜扩张器联合经尿道等离子电切术对前尿道狭窄患者术后恢复情况及生活质量的影响。方法将76例前尿道狭窄患者以双色球随机模式分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用经尿道等离子电切术治疗,观察组采用球囊扩张筋膜扩张器联合经尿道等离子电切术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的平均尿流率、残余尿量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后,两组的各项GQOL-74评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论球囊扩张筋膜扩张器联合经尿道等离子电切术治疗前尿道狭窄能够有效促进患者术后康复,提高患者生活质量,且具有操作简单、安全性高等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of balloon dilatation fascial dilator combined with transurethral plasma resection on postoperative recovery and quality of life in patients with anterior urethral stricture.Methods A total of 76 patients with anterior urethral stricture were divided into control group and observation group by the double color ball random mode,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with transurethral plasma resection,while the observation group was treated with balloon dilatation fascial dilator combined with transurethral plasma resection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average urine flow rate and residual urine volume in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of GQOL-74 in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Balloon dilatation fascial dilator combined with transurethral plasma resection can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with anterior urethral stricture,improve the quality of life of patients,and has the advantages of simple operation and high safety,and which is worthy of clinical promotion.
