卡托普利联合泼尼松治疗儿童原发性肾病综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究卡托普利联合泼尼松治疗儿童原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法将2016年1月至2019年1月我院收治的80例原发性肾病综合征患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组口服泼尼松片,观察组在对照组基础上联合服用卡托普利。比较两组患儿的缓解率、复发率、治疗前、后的肾功能、血压和血脂水平。结果观察组的缓解率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清BUN、Scr、24 h尿蛋白定量水平均降低,Alb水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血压和血脂水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论卡托普利联合泼尼松对儿童原发性肾病综合征具有满意的疗效,能降低血压和血脂水平,改善肾功能,安全性较好。Objective To study the clinical effect of captopril combined with prednisone in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children.Methods A total of 80 children with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given prednisone tablets orally,and the observation group was given captopril on the basis of the control group.The remission rate,recurrence rate,renal function,blood pressure and lipid level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The remission rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum BUN,Scr and 24 h urine protein quantity in the two groups reduced,ALB level increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure and lipid level in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Captopril combined with prednisone has satisfactory curative effect on primary nephrotic syndrome in children.It can reduce the blood pressure and lipid leve,improve renal function and has good safety.
