重症手足口病细胞免疫变化与病情相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重症手足口病(HFMD)细胞免疫变化与病情相关性。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的80例HFMD患儿按病情程度分为重症组和轻症组,各40例,并选取同时期体检无异常的40例儿童,设为对照组。抽取所有研究对象静脉血液测定细胞免疫指标,分析其结果。结果对照组的CD19^+低于轻症组及重症组,且轻症组低于重症组(P<0.05);对照组的CD4^+/CD8^+、CD8^+、CD4^+、CD3^+均高于轻症组及重症组,且轻症组高于重症组(P<0.05)。EV71阴性患儿的CD4^+高于EV71阳性患儿(P<0.05)。结论感染EV71病毒的HFMD患儿机体细胞免疫变化更紊乱,此可能也为病情加重的因素之一,临床及时测定的HFMD患儿细胞免疫指标,对疾病诊治和疾病预后均有积极作用。Objective To study of the relationship between cellular immunity changes and severity of severe hand-footand-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,80 children with HFMD admitted in our hospital were divided into severe group and mild group according to the degree of illness,with 40 cases in each group,and40 children without abnormal physical examination in the same period were selected as control group.The indexes of cellular immune of all subjects were measured by taken venous blood and the results were analyzed.Results The CD19^+in the control group was lower than that in the mild group and the severe group,and that in the mild group was lower than the severe group(P<0.05);the CD4^+/CD8^+,CD8^+,CD4^+,CD3^+in the control group were higher than those in the mild group and the severe group,and those in the mild group were higher than the severe group(P<0.05).The CD4^+of EV71 negative children was higher than that of EV71 positive children(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of cellular immunity in HFMD children infected with EV71 virus are more disordered,which may also be one of the factors of aggravation of the disease.The determination of cellular immunity indexes in HFMD children in time has positive effects on the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease.
