摘　　要：目的探讨卞廷松教授辨证论治男科病临床经验。方法笔者跟随卞廷松教授门诊抄方学习并收集其临床案例,选取治疗男性不育症、阳痿伴血尿、阴茎肿溃三则案例,结合古代医学相关理论,探讨卞师的学术思想,总结临床经验。结果卞廷松教授认为当代男性学习、工作、生活、思想压力大,男科病又为讳疾,容易因郁致病、病后致郁,气为血之帅,气行则血行,气滞则血瘀,故认为男科病发生、发展离不开气滞血瘀,同时兼伴其他证型,治疗上以舒肝为第一要义兼以活血,经常选用小柴胡汤、柴胡疏肝散等合四物汤加减,疗效显著。结论卞廷松教授从气滞血瘀角度着手论治男科病,随症加减,疗效确切,值得临床诊疗中学习和借鉴。Objective To explore professor Bian Tingsong′s clinical experience in the treatment of male diseases. Methods Through collecting and studying professor Bian Tingsong′s clinical case, the authors selected 3 clinical cases of professor Bian in the treatment of male infertility, impotence, hematuria and penile swelling and ulceration. With reference to the relevant theories of ancient doctors, this paper explored the academic thought of professor Bian and summarized his clinical experience. Results Professor Bian believed that due to the great pressure in study, work, and life, male diseases were common nowadays and easily caused by depression. Since qi was closely related with blood circulation and the stagnation of qi meant the stasis of blood, the occurrence and development of male diseases could not be separated from qi and blood stasis, accompanied with other syndromes. Smoothing the liver was the most important in the treatment, supplemented by promoting blood circulation. Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Chaihu Shugan Powder were often used, with remarkable curative effect. Conclusions Professor Bian Tingsong treated male diseases from the perspectives of qi stagnation and blood stasis, which has achieved exact curative effect and provided references to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
