高校对标《建设项目档案管理规范》的合理性与策略分析

摘　　要：通过对高校基建档案管理适用规范的分析,提出高校基建档案管理对《建设项目档案管理规范》的逻辑选择,设计了四方两级管理组织,契约考核审核的管理机制,项目文件档案管理制度,网络通信、监控及递延资产会计核算文件资料归入基建档案类目的实施策略。Based on the analysis of the applicable norms of the archives management of capital construction in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the logical choice of Code for Archives Management of Construction Projects,and designs some implementation strategies,including four-party and two-level management organization,management mechanism of contract assessment and audit,project file management system,and classifying the documents such as network communication,monitoring,and accounting of deferred assets into capital construction archives.
