摘 要:为了研究温度、体质量对九孔鲍Haliotis diversicolor supertexta耗氧率和排氨率的影响,采用生态学试验方法测定了温度为13、18、23、28、33℃条件下3种壳长规格(40.58±1.69)、(47.90±0.74)、(50.74±0.85)mm九孔鲍的耗氧率和排氨率。结果表明:在温度为13~33℃、盐度为27条件下,九孔鲍单位体质量的耗氧率和排氨率与体质量呈负相关的幂函数关系(Y=aW-b),当Y表示耗氧率时,a值为0.2727~0.8579,b值为0.555~0.921,当Y表示排氨率率时,a值为0.4151~1.1843,b值为0.462~0.847;温度、体质量及其二者间的互作效应对九孔鲍耗氧率和排氨率的影响显著(P<0.05);温度为13~28℃时,各规格九孔鲍耗氧率随着温度的升高而增加,温度为28℃时耗氧率均达到最高值,而排氨率在13~33℃内持续升高;在不同试验温度下,九孔鲍耗氧率的Q10值为0.202~2.839,平均为1.365,排氨率的Q10值为1.278~3.093,平均为1.813;不同规格九孔鲍的O/N值为0.294~0.795,平均为0.593。本试验结果可为九孔鲍能量学研究积累基础资料,并为九孔鲍养殖生产和种苗繁育提供数据参考。The oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates were determined in variously colored abalone Haliotis diversicolor supertexta with shell length of(40.58±1.69)mm(group S),(47.90±0.74)mm(group M),and(50.74±0.85)mm(group L)held in a 3 L jars at a density of 0(control group),1(group L),2(group M),and 3(group S)at water temperature of 13,18,23,28 and 33℃in a laboratory by ecological methods to evaluate effects of temperature and body weight on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of variously colored abalone.It was found that the oxygen consumption(Y)and ammonia excretion(A)rates were negatively correlated with body weight in variously colored abalone under the experiment temperature of 13-33℃and salinity 27,with power function of Y=aW-b,where,a,0.2727-0.8579;b,0.555-0.921,and A=aW-b,Where,a,0.4151-1.1843;b,0.462-0.847.The water temperature,body size and their interaction were shown to have significant effects on the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate(P<0.05).The oxygen consumption rate was increased with warming temperature within 13-28℃,with the maximal oxygen consumption rate at 28℃in the three sizes of variously colored abalone,and at over 28℃declining in oxygen consumption rate.There was constant increase in oxygen consumption rate within the experimental temperature,with the oxygen consumption rate Q10 ranging from 0.202 to 2.839,the average value of 1.365,and ammonia excretion rate Q10 varying from 1.278 to 3.093,with the average value of 1.813.The variously colored abalone with different szes had O/N values of 0.294-0.795,with an average value of 0.593.The findings provided basic date and references for energy budget research and culture of variously colored abalone.
