摘  要:在铝合金压铸充型过程中,铸件内易产生卷气,导致机加工后铸件表面出现气孔。分析了铝合金压铸工艺的进料、排渣系统存在的缺陷。通过改进进料系统和排渣系统,大幅度减少了铝合金压铸件的气孔缺陷,废品率从40%降低到了7%以下。Air is frequently drawn into the die-castings of aluminum alloy during mold filling of die casting process with the result that gas holes appear on surface of the castings after machining. The disadvantages of feed and slag removal systems for die-casting of aluminum alloy were analyzed. The gas holes present in the aluminum alloy die-castings have been considerably decreased by improvements in both the feed and slag removal systems, with the rejection rate reducing from 40% to less than 7%.
