摘 要:分析了目前国内广泛应用的低镁、中镁和高镁球化剂及与之对应的球化处理工艺的特点、应用范围及发展方向。球化处理工艺主要有冲入法、盖包法、喂丝法、GF转包法及喷吹法等。不同的球化剂和相应的球化处理工艺均有各自的优点和适用范围,铸造企业应根据自身产品的特点和生产工艺选择球化处理工艺及相应的球化剂。Characteristics, applications and development direction of low-, medium-, and high-magnesium nodulizers commonly used in China were analyzed. The nodulizing processes included mainly rushing method, cover bag method, wire-feeding method, GF subcontracting method and injection method. The different nodulizers and corresponding nodulizing processes all have their own advantages and area of application, consequently, casting enterprises should select nodulizing process and corresponding nodulizer according to feature and production practice of own products.
