摘  要:结合南京市某工程中DN1800钢筋混凝土管道顶管接头的设计和施工,对钢筋混凝土管道顶管F型接头常见问题进行了简要分析,提出了一种改进的F型接头,通过有限元计算分析表明改进F型接头具有良好的刚度、强度和适应土体沉降的能力,可供类似工程参考。Based on the design and construction of DN1800 reinforced concrete pipe jacking joint in a sewage project in Nanjing,the common problems of F-joint in large-caliber reinforced concrete pipe jacking were analyzed,and an improved F-joint was proposed.The finite element analysis and pipeline monitoring were carried on,and the results showed that the improved F-joint has good stiffness,strength and good applicability to adapt to soil settlemen which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
