摘  要:由于建设时期技术水平的局限性,北京某单位家属楼在附近地铁运营后出现了室内振动超标的问题。为了减小地铁振动对楼房居民生活的影响,本文通过对既有地铁线路增加轨道减振措施的方案进行研究,提出新型减振结构--铸钢宽枕减振轨道,为解决既有地铁线路的此类问题提供参考。通过对铸钢宽枕减振轨道进行静力及动力学分析,得出以下结论:(1)铸钢宽枕减振轨道的静态受力和变形均能够满足现有地铁B型车的荷载要求。当列车运行时,铸钢宽枕减振轨道的各项指标能够满足《高速铁路工程动态验收技术规范》中规定轨道结构动力性能最大允许值的要求;(2)铸钢宽枕轨道结构具有一定的减振能力,实际减振效果应依据现场测试评定。当既有地铁轨道结构改造施工空间受限时,建议根据现状条件进行铸钢宽枕减振轨道的细化设计及现场实验。Due to the limitations of the EIA report during the construction period,the indoor vibration of a family building in Beijing has exceeded the standard after the operation of the line.In order to reduce the impact of subway vibration on the lives of building residents,this paper proposed a new type of vibration reduction structure-cast steel wide sleeper damping track through the study of the scheme of adding track vibration reduction measures to the existing metro lines,aiming at providing reference for such problems of the existing metro lines.Based on the static and dynamic analysis of the cast steel wide sleeper damping track,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The static stress and deformation of cast steel wide sleeper track can meet the load requirements of existing B-type metro vehicles.When the train is running,the performance index of the cast steel wide sleeper damping track can meet the requirements of the maximum allowable value of Technical Regulations for Dynamic Acceptance for High-speed Railways Construction.2.The cast steel wide sleeper track structure has damping capacity,and the actual damping effect should be evaluated according to the field test.When the construction space of the existing subway track structure is limited,it is suggested to carry out the detailed design and field experiment of the cast steel wide sleeper damping track according to the current conditions.
