摘 要:随着大型整体式污水处理厂及加盖水池的大量兴建,诸如行车通道板等较大跨度的承重厚板结构日渐增多。对该类结构,如果仍按照薄板理论,将板按梁分割进行计算,会高估了梁对板的支撑作用,同时低估了板的刚度贡献,从而造成结构内力计算及配筋的错误。为确保该类结构设计的安全性、合理性及经济性,本文通过对工程实例的有限元计算分析,探索性地提出了大跨度承重厚板结构设计的理念及方法,供今后类似工程参考。With the increased construction of large-scale integrated sewage treatment plants and covered pools,the number of load-bearing thick slab structures with long spans,such as traffic lane slabs,are increasing.For this type of structures,if the calculations are based on the thin slab theory where the slabs are calculated by the area divided by the beams,the support effect of the beam to the slab is overestimated while the slab contribution stiffness is underestimated.This will induce errors in the calculation of the structure stresses and the reinforcement layout.In order to ensure safety,rationality and economy of the design of this type structures,design concepts and methods of long-span load-bearing thick slab structures are investigated in this paper using finite element simulation and analysis.This study also provides reference for similar projects.
