摘　　要：以现行建设工程质量保修制度为基础对其改革的必要性进行分析,提出从质量问题的保修责任及最低保修期限等方面进行改革。对使用期出现的质量问题引入紧急维修机制及专家论证机制、对“责任性”质量问题应落实质量责任追究机制,同时,根据地方工程质量发展状况适时建立质量保修地方标准。Based on the current construction project quality assurance system,this paper analyzes the necessity of its reform,and proposes that it’s should be reformed from the aspects of the assurance responsibility and the minimum warranty period of the quality problem.Introduces emergency maintenance mechanism and expert demonstration mechanism for the quality problem appears during operation,implements the quality responsibility accountability with the quality problems,at the same time,timely builds the local standards for quality assurance according to the development of local quality assurance.
