工程总承包项目合同价款调整技术研究

摘　　要：工程总承包项目的发包范围﹑工程内容﹑造价构成﹑计价基础及风险分担与施工总承包项目存在本质差异。总结工程总承包项目合同价款管理的三个特点,通过总结归纳和统计分析得到合同价款调整的四大类影响因素和十个典型问题,在此基础上,对变更价款调整和因物价波动引起的工程价款调整技术进行深入探究,以期为工程总承包项目合同文本的拟定提供理论依据和参考,并进一步提高招标文件的完备性﹑增强合同价款调整的操作性和减少计价争议。There are essential differences in the scope of project contracting,the project content,the cost composition,the valuation basis and the risk sharing between construction general contracting and the engineering general contracting project.This paper summarizes the three characteristics of contract price management for general contracting projects.Obtains the four major categories of influencing factors and ten typical problems in contract price adjustment through summary and statistical analysis.On the basis of the above,makes in-depth research on the adjustment of change price and engineering price adjustment technology caused by price fluctuations.It is hoped that this paper can provide theoretical basis and reference for the drafting of the contract text of the general contracting project,and further improve the completeness of the bidding documents,enhance the operability of the adjustment of the contract price,and reduce the valuation dispute.
