摘　　要：α-硫辛酸具有清除自由基和活性氧的能力,对保证动物健康具有重要作用。研究发现,饲粮中添加α-硫辛酸能促进动物生长,提高动物抗氧化能力,并能调节动物的脂质代谢。本文就α-硫辛酸促进动物生长和提高脂质代谢能力的作用及其作用机制进行综述。α lipoic acid possess an ability to eliminate free radicals and reactive oxygen species,and plays an important role in maintaining animal health.It has been reported thatα lipoic acid could promote animal growth,enhance animal anti oxidant ability,and regulate the balance of metabolism.This article mainly sum marizes the effects ofα lipoic acid on animal productive performance as well as lipid metabolism and its mech anism.
